Nate has worked in the restaurant industry for over 11 years, from casual to fine dining in some of the most popular restaurants in San Diego – Underbelly, Animae, Kettner Exchange, and more. With his decade-long experience in the kitchen, Nate masterminds all the recipes on our menu, infusing creative flavors from various cuisines to satisfy any palate.
While Nate brings the flavors, Megan brings the spreadsheets as an accountant by trade with an extensive background in the hospitality industry. She serves as the chief of operation, providing structure and efficiency to 86d’s books. Together, they create the ideal combination between visionary and practicality.
